Getting Started With New Dawn Coaching Services

How The Coaching Process Works

Typically coaching begins with an initial consultation of 30 minutes either face to face or over the phone to clarify goals. New Dawn Coaching Services works with professional people to help them refocus on the inner self and identify an action plan to achieve desired results.

Subsequent sessions will be 3 times a month and last approximately 45 minutes with 15 minutes for feedback and to set an action challenge. During these sessions we will create a roadmap to self discovery through action steps to move you towards your desired outcome. In between sessions unlimited support via email is available to share victories, ideas, or ask questions.

Our role as coach is to . . .

  • Provide support to you as you accomplish your goals. Coaching is all about having someone in your corner that believes in you and will be an integral part of your success.
  • Focus on your agenda. During each session the focus will be on achieving your coachable goals.
  • Maintain confidentially. Everything that is discussed during a coaching session is private and confidential.
  • Hold you accountable to your stated goals. Structures of support will be designed to keep track of progress toward identified goals and objectives.
  • Listen and be honest. It is important as a coach to be open and honest during each session. This will allow for valuable feedback, a true perspective and maximum results.

Your role as client is to . . .

  • Come prepared to our sessions. To get the most out of each session an agenda should be prepared. Taking the time to complete this exercise will make a considerable impact on the outcome of each coaching session.
  • Be truthful to yourself. Coaching will allow for seeing things from a new perspective and setting sights on achieving larger goals.
  • Give me feedback on our sessions. During coaching, periodic reflection on what has been learned and achieved will allow for true success to be measured.
  • Be open to change. The more willing you are to expand your thoughts and consider new options, the more benefits will be attained from coaching.
